Megan is passionate about wellbeing and holistic health care. She has been working in the health field as a yoga teacher for 7 years before expanding her skills into Remedial Massage. Her intention for training as a Remedial Massage Therapist was to complement her existing practice and increase her abilities in helping clients with their quality of life.

Megan began her journey as a yoga teacher in Queensland after completing 350-hour Teacher Training in 2014 with Kate Pell. She next spent 7 years in New Zealand, Waihi Beach teaching students from all walks of life. She collaborated with other professionals to deliver retreats, workshops and special events based around bodywork, yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breath work. Alongside group classes Megan dedicated time for private tuition with students focusing on their specific health challenges which is a passion of hers.

Megan relocated home to Adelaide in 2021 with her young family and has since completed her Remedial Massage studies with Evolve College in Adelaide. Her approach to massage is client centred with a holistic approach to practice. She has the highest regard for the individual and intuitively works with her clients throughout their treatment. Megan holds strong value in nurturing relationships and the individual to ensure their experience is wholesome and harmonious.

Since becoming qualified, Megan has completed further studies in Hot Stone Massage, Gwa Sha, Fire Cupping and Pregnancy Massage. Being of service within the local community is important to Megan and she listens to her clients and looks for ways to broaden her knowledge and skills with ongoing professional development to increase her adaptability in practice.
