The team of family GP’s, Dr Tong, Dr Allen, Dr Jones and Dr Roberts are available six days a week for all your general practice matters. They can guarantee you on the day appointments by reserving urgent times each day and continue to bulk bill children under 10 years old. If your matter is urgent, please speak to our friendly reception team who will endeavour to assist you.

What is MyMedicare?

MyMedicare is a free, voluntary program that strengthens your relationship with your healthcare providers. By registering, you help secure additional government funding to support your care.

Registering offers several benefits, including greater continuity of care with your doctor, longer Medicare-funded phone consultations, and improved health outcomes.

To be eligible, you must have a Medicare or DVA Veteran Card and have attended at least two face-to-face appointments at our clinic in the past 24 months (or one visit for remote locations).

Registration is quick and easy. You can register online through myGov or the Express Plus Medicare app, or visit our clinic to complete the process in person. When registering, simply select Integrative Health Solutions as your usual GP clinic and follow the prompts.
